It's Daddy's Day!

The perfect way to spend Father's Day when you have grown children both of whom are on vacation (a la Rob style):

~get up early (before it gets too hot) and mow the lawn, weed eat and spread mulch.
~come in, drink a gallon of water because now it has gotten too hot.
~read the paper.
~get a shower.
~watch Major Payne for the 1000th time.
~take a catnap.
~go to Walmart to wire money to daughter in FL.
~go to the mall to look for new silverware. Go to Macy's, Dillard's and Penney's because your wife can't decide which she wants. Go back to Macy's (the first store) and purchase the first set you looked at. Then wife realizes you should have looked at Costco.
~go to Costco and purchase 2 sets of silverware for almost half of what you paid at Macy's. Wife will return Macy's set.
~check out GFS Marketplace
~go on a John ride (named for my dad...where you just drive with no set destination in mind)and see houses you would not want to live in.
~drive to Murfreesboro and go to Old Time Pottery.
~have dinner with beautiful wife at Mimi's Cafe.

~go home. help wife put clean sheets on your bed. get on laptop. watch the History channel while wife watches The Tudors.

Sounds like an awesome way to spend the day to me. Happy Father's Day Rob! You are the best!
