a rough weekend and the oscars..........

rob has been having a rough week at work which only got worse this weekend. he has a new boss who wants to make unrealistic changes to his sites. this does not sit well with rob at all. this new guy came in and has been there for less than a month and is dictating to rob how to change things. rob is not one to make changes that don't make sense and it doesn't seem like there is any reasoning with his boss. we shall see.

i did watch the oscars last night. so many gorgeous gowns. and the guys looked great too. my fave was katherine heigl........
